“I have to admit I was not happy with my room. It was dated, with a non-working shower and full of insects, especially after it went dark. However, I cannot but admit that the people managing the property (a family of four plus staff) went out of their way to make this a memorable stay. They were incredibly hospitable and their engaging personalities ended up making this a memorable experience; one that would make me consider returning in the future; albeit in a different room……

It is so loud that the staff cannot her that people are blasting music by the pool after 11pm, making it difficult to sleep if you're on that side of……

“Would highly recommend this hotel! We went in October and having the private jacuzzi outside the hotel room was so enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are outstanding. While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic. We loved the room! “Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. ”
