Leider gab es trotz zweier Bäder nur eine Dusche im Erdgeschoss."

The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Modern, lovely and family friendly hotel Right across from main station Most places are within walking distance Free coffee and water whole day long in lobby is a nice touch (especially in the cold winter season) Check in and check out was very quick and staff were all very friendly and welcoming Elevators were very new and fast Room was as advertised, spacious and new 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet was clean and modern. Water pressure was good A fridge in room might have been more helpful Beds were very comfortable Sofa bed however needs a mattress change perhaps.. sunken in already 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in hall) Good selection of English channels Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe Fantastic variety and great food Will definitely stay there if visiting St Gallen again "
