The Space:
The Stone House is a picture-perfect chocolate-box cottage that oozes charm and character at every turn. This delightful home can sleep up to 8 guests.

The peaceful living room is complete with an open fire, perfect for unwinding after a busy day’s adventure. The Stone House has ample space for guests to relax and socialise, with an additional reading room, the ideal space for cosying up with a book whilst admiring the views of the surrounding estate, and a snug complete with board games and a double sofa bed for a flexible sleeping arrangement.

The kitchen is excellently well-equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a hearty meal after a busy day’s exploring. The dining room boasts a log burner, creating a wonderful ambience in which to share in a meal with loved ones, and French doors facilitating views of the beautiful garden and wider Leicestershire countryside.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a calm and tranquil space adorned with a quaint decorative fireplace and complete with an en suite with a shower. There are a further two delightful bedrooms in the upstairs of the house and all bedrooms are furnished with king-size zip and link beds, which can also be split into twin beds where necessary in order to provide a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the unique requirements of your party.

There is also a family bathroom where guests can gaze upon beautiful views of the rolling South Leicestershire countryside whilst indulging in a relaxing soak in the bathtub.

The enclosed garden to the rear of the cottage is complete with outdoor seating and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings, and provides guests with breath-taking views of the rolling hills surrounding the home.

We are able to accept two well-behaved dogs at The Stone House (additional fees may apply). There is parking for two vehicles located to the right of the property.
