8/10 Good

"I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the wonderful staff. I’m still waiting on money that’s supposed to be returned to me but all is well"

Quality Inn Clarksdale

8/10 Good

"Decided to come to home to visit family during my son's Fall break from school. The room we were given was fairly clean, outside of the carpet which looked extremely dirty. We decided to not use housekeeping services, but whenever we needed additional items the staff was extremely friendly, courteous and professional . The only issue we experienced was the ice machine wasn't working during one of the days when it was extremely warm outside. Overall, we had a good experience and will more than likely be staying at this hotel during our next visit to the MS Delta."

Hampton Inn Batesville

8/10 Good

"The hotel was very clean and safe. The beds are great and so are the pillows. The closet was broken --one side of the shelf and hanging bar was disconnected from the wall, it seemed to be propped up on the ironing board but still too crooked and fragile to hang our clothes. We just hung them in the bathroom. Also, we did not have any conditioner in our shower. They have bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash connected to the wall in the shower. The conditioner bottle was empty. Other than that, it was all good."
