「There were trains blowing their whistles every hour or two throughout the night. Whenever I went to the front desk, there was no one there and I had to wait for them. They were helpful once they got back from wherever they were. Breakfast was ok, but pancake maker didn't cook the pancakes completely. Mine was the first of the day so maybe that's why. I would pick a different location and hotel if I'm back in the area due to the trains 」

「We had been staying at a different hotel, but that entire property lost hot water so we needed to move somewhere else in a hurry because my entire family still needed to shower. Luckily the Comfort Inn and Suites had vacancies for a very last minute booking, and I’m so glad that they did! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was SO sweet and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water was nice and HOT!! Breakfast was delicious, and after breakfast my kids...

「Welcoming staff. Room had a very strong air freshener smell like it was trying to cover up an oder. I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled. This just tells me the cleaning staff hurried through the steps without care. The carpet and chair gave a grungy feel to the room. Some people might overlook all this but don't so I wont be...
