「The apartment was modern and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location was ideal for my nearby conference and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend this apartment and will come again.」

「The best features of this property are its location on Cuba Street, the 3 queen size beds and the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The heat pump and space heaters in the bedrooms effectively warmed the unit up. The downsides are that the property is older and a little worn. It’s near the elevator and the alleyway to a public parking garage and loud voices woke us up at night. The one shower is very small. The 3 slim to average sized, late teen to adult...

「Central location. Great for a few days in Wellington with kids especially as we had use of a kitchen and washing machine. The only down side was very loud music at night from neighboring nightclub but ear plugs helped so we slept well.」
