"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "The location was exceptional, as it is right near the leaning tower. The receptionist was helpful by allowing us to leave our backpacks before check-in time. It is located above many restaurants. The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower. But we have to poke our head out of the window to see the tower. That said, it is still an excellent choice for our visit."
