“Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und ein sehr netter Empfang. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlen gerade in den Bädern Ablageflächen und ein paar Haken für die Handtücher.”

The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top.”

“Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni in 4 persone ( e due cani) ad agosto 2025. La casa è molto bella,, confortevole, ben attrezzata, molto pulita e si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere vari posti della Garfagnana e inoltre è vicino, non più di 2 minuti a piedi, al supermercato, macelleria, bar e farmacia. il giardino è molto carino e la tettoia in legno vicino al barbecue è fornita di tavolo e sedie che ci ha permesso di fare bellissime cene all'aperto. Mario è gentilissimo e risponde……

“Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen . ”
