「The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed」

「It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day.」

"The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave."
