「This property is in a great location. We booked a room described as a ‘family room’. The bed described as a ‘sofa bed’ was not a bed at all, rather a very hard lounge with a metal rod. Please don’t sell this room to any other families without replacing the ‘sofa’ with an actual bed. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening.」

「Rooms were nice. Location was close to CBD. 15 minutes tram. however, ran out of hot water while showering. no room make up while we were out. 」

「I was offered early check in ( although I had to pay AUD 30.00 ) but comsidering I was on a red eye flight, the offer serve me right. I left one of my vest in the room when I checked out and the staff kept the vest and returned it to me when I went back to collect my bags」
