"It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. "
"No curtains at all. Small window air conditioning that doesn't cool the whole cabin down. Sketchy ladder screwed into the wall to got to the loft. Any mobility issues beware. Wifi has no internet. Was there less than 30 minutes no reund offered. It is new and clean. "

"Hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly, very professional. Maya at the front desk was terrific and so helpful. Our room was clean and quiet and we had a lovely view of the city. We had breakfast three times at Toros the hotel restaurant and the manager Geraldo was wonderful to us. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was obvious that Geraldo takes great pride in this establishment and runs it beautifully. Xavier was our waiter and he was very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and this fine restaurant for anyone wanting to have a wonderful experience in Chicago. "
