“Before coming here we were in a Riad in the Medina. The internet convinced me that was an authentic way to see Morroco. The Riad was full of cockroaches, one crawling on my daughter while she slept. We left the Riad. This hotel is a dream come true. Comfy bed, mini fridge, a tv, and cold air. The bed is great and the bathroom modern. The unlimited cappuccino machine and free cd juice was a nice touch.”

“Loved the decor and the rooftop room. I certainly enjoyed the hammock snd the in-room coffee maker. The owner and staff were very helpful. The location was very convenient for restaurants, visiting sites and the train station. I would stay here again.”

“Very convenient location. Only 3 mins walk from the gate. So most excursion pick ups were easy. Rooms were nice, airconditioned, clean, big washroom. Staff were friendly and always available. Breakfast was typical Moroccan but having a meal included helped save cost.”

“位置位於新城，周邊環境稍靜比老城整潔，但附近沒有什麼餐廳，向火車站方向走10分鐘左右會有幾家不錯的餐廳。走去麥地那大概15分鐘，去廣場大約20分鐘。房間較大，Dar比Raid更偏向酒店式，沒有異味，隔音也好很多。但我們前兩晚住的房間熱水不熱，空調也壞了晚上有點冷，酒店在最後一晚主動幫我們換了房間，熱水和空調問題都解決了。早餐是摩洛哥水準，基本每頓都是吃差不多的東西，餐廳的小塔樓有成為網紅潛質”

“Aucune photo ne correspond à cette appartement dans lequel une mini cuisine san air climatisé … une petite salle de bain ( plus une salle d’eau converti avec une douche qui prend la moitié de la place. Sur les trois chambres un seul air climatisé fonctionnait .,. Les deux autres airs climatisés n’avait que la ventilation. La rue est très bruyante toute la nuit. L’adresse est difficile à trouver puisqu’il se trouve dans une ruelle … l’entrée est vieille et sombre . Il faut monté 2 étages avant de……

“Riad moderne, peut impressionnante mais confortable. Personnel sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Dommage la terrasse sur le toit n’était pas ouverte. Prix raisonnable. Bonne situation dans la médina.”

“My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. The first room we were given was advertised as a Deluxe Room, but it clearly wasn’t what was shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the shower had visible black mould, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. After we complained, staff showed us a couple of alternative rooms. While the replacement room was an improvement, it still didn’t feel……

“Hotel is in an excellent location with everything close by from Groceries to Malls and banks/ ATM. 24h Reception. Rooms cleaned every day and Towels Replaced. Most activities in Marrakech picks up from this hotel making it convenient. Staff are very Nice. No Complaint what so ever. Recommend this Apart Hotel to Anyone.”

“The riad is absolutely gorgeous and a quiet safe haven to retreat to after a hectic day in the centre. I found it easier to approach through Derb Dekkak, but even then is hard to find the first time. Keep looking though, it's worth it!”
