The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and the décor was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Outside the kids loved he table-tennis, and indoors they loved the Wii! The pool was lovely and warm, even at the end of October. Jean-Francois was very helpful, even though my French was quite broken! We very much enjoyed our stay in the villa. Thank you!

Overall a pretty good accommodation but quite many smaller annoying things Plus: + great swimming pool + great outdoor area / garden Minus: - bathroom locks/keys are not working well, especially kids run the risk of not being able to open the doors again - super heavy chairs without gliders around the dining table making way too much noise on the stone floor - one of the beds is incredibly noisy, impossible to turn without waking up everybody else.. - some kind of night animal lives in the walls around the ground floor bed-room making too much noise (has been reported also in a much older post.. apparently still not fixed) - not a proper grill, but some kind of hot plate "plancha" which in my opinion is just a whole lot worse than a regular grill (also lots of cleaning needed..) - rather small bed-rooms - it's a bit too close to a highway

House with mice with a big hidden costs

We rented this house with two families. The property itself is fine. There was nothing to complain about the location and equipment. Some things were rather old. The table tennis cannot be used as it falls apart as soon as one touches it. Unfortunately we had two very bad experiences with the property and it‘s landlord and would therefore not at all recommend staying here. First of all there are mice or something above the floor level bedroom. As soon as the sun rises they move, you hear their small steps and we were only able to sleep with earplugs. When we reported this to the landlord, the answer was „I see what I can do“ followed by no action at all. Secondly, when we left, the landlord charged us a 300 Euro deposit bill because he figured that the house was dirtier than normal, tables, chair and the sofa had spots (even though we never ate there) and some things like the driveway apparently needed repair. We felt that this was made up and would therefore NOT RECOMMEND this house unless you have some extra cash to give away and don‘t like the mice. I have never given a bad review in my live, but this one is asking for it.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten eine ausführliche Einweisung in das Haus.Dabei fiel auf, dass sich alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand befand und ansprechend dekoriert war. In Haus war es bereits bei der Ankunft angenehm warm.Die geräumigen Schlafzimmer hatten bequeme Betten und angenehme Bettwäsche.Die beiden Bäder befanden sich in einem sehr modernen Zustand, Hand- und Duschtücher standen zur Verfügung.Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und bot uns alles, was wir zum Kochen umfangreicherer Gerichte benötigten. Ein großer Esstisch und eine gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr ließen uns unsere Gerichte genießen. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig mit vielen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Den Smart-TV und den Bluetooth-Lautsprecher benutzten wir gerne.Die sehr schöne Terrasse mit angrenzendem Pool und die Grillgelegenheit haben wir aufgrund der winterlichen Temperaturen nicht genutzt.Unsere beiden PKW konnten wir auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück gut parken.Auriol ist im Bezug zu touristischen Zielen sehr günstig gelegen. So sind Marseille und Aix-en-Provence ca. 30 Minuten entfernt, Cassis noch weniger.Wir haben uns in dem Haus stets wohlgefühlt und so eine schöne Woche in und um Auriol verbracht.Ich kann das Haus eindeutig weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour à Auriol: magnifique piscine chauffée à 28, ce qui a permit de se baigner tous les jours, beaucoup d’espace dans la maison, très beau jardin avec une vue incroyable. Qu’un bémol néanmoins: un rat qui a décidé de perturber nos nuits en grattant dans les murs et plafond de notre chambre.

Ein wunderbares Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schönes und vielGeschirr, ein phantastischer Außenbereich und ein toller Pool. Einzig die Oberfläche der Kuchenarbeitsplatte war seltsam. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr komplett. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wwiederkommen.

Accueil simple , agréable . On est immédiatement à l’aise La maison est juste parfaite. La piscine répond à toutes nos attentes. On se sent chez soi . Si on peut un jour améliorer : un frigo à améliorer car performance très faible … des moustiquaires car il fait ( heureusement !) très chaud , et peut être bien sûr l’air conditionné.. mais bon .. c’était parfait..

Détente et dépaysement

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison idéalement située entre les sentiers de randonnée et le bord de mer! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et tous les équipements de la villa, notamment la piscine chauffée! Tout était parfait autant l'acceuil que le confort et la propreté , nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour un nouveau séjour ! Merci aux propriétaires et aux personnes qui gèrent sur place car ils sont très reactifs et à l'écoute.

Vier dagen zonder ijskast: niet ok!

We werden bijzonder vriendelijk onthaald, en de woning voldeed grotendeels aan de beschrijving. Op de derde dag van ons verblijf viel echter de ijskast/diepvries in panne. Bij hoge temperaturen was dit een bijzonder vervelend euvel. De eigenaar was op zich begripvol en nam actie door een technieker te bellen, maar al bij al duurde het vier dagen voor er een oplossing was (een tijdelijke kleine ijskast). Al onze koopwaren waren slecht geworden, we moesten drie keer per dag naar de winkel voor verse producten, geen mogelijkheid om dranken te koelen, etc. Vier dagen was voor ons echt te lang om een oplossing te hebben. Er werd ook geen compensatie voorzien. Daarnaast was het zwembadwater bijzonder zuur, de PH-waarde was helemaal uit balans, met als gevolg dat het water echt brak/zuur smaakte en de ogen zodanig irriteerde dat de kinderen niet meer wilden zwemmen. Dit beterde na een week, maar ook dit is eigenlijk niet ok. Eigenlijk echt jammer, het huis was op zich leuk, netjes, de ontvangst was bijzonder vriendelijk. We hadden al bij al wel een leuke vakantie. De regio zelf en het stadje vielen ons wel wat tegen.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille. La maison est spacieuse, bien décorée, et très très bien équipée. Avons pu profiter du baby-foot, de la table de ping-pong, de la piscine (très bien chauffée pour un mois d’avril !), De la plancha et de la terrasse. La région est magnifique et la maison située à moins de 20 minutes de nombreux sites à visiter. Nous recommandons cette location à cent pour cent.

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine de vacances en famille dans cette maison spacieuse. Celle-ci est bien équipée, moderne et très confortable. La localisation était idéale pour accéder aux sentiers de randonnées du Garlaban et de la Sainte Baume. Un grand merci pour l’accueil !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen; es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liegt etwas oberhalb der Stadt. Gut angebunden an die Autobahn sind Marseille, Aix en Provence, Ciotat und das wunderschöne Cassis in jeweils etwa etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Noch Ende Oktober war auch das Baden im Meer ein Genuss. Die Vermieter reagieren umgehend auf jede Anfrage, klasse.
