"This property lacked a water supply entirely. There was no water in the washbasin, no water for flushing or bathing, and no breakfast. The property should have called and informed us about the situation so we could have booked an alternative accommodation. Instead, when I checked in at 2 am, they informed me that the water supply was slow. Given that it was so late at night, I checked in, but there was no water at all. Consequently, we had to do an early checkout since we needed to use restrooms elsewhere. They mentioned that the manager would call to process my refund request, but there was no call. The hospitality at this property failed at multiple levels."

"Dirty air conditioner. Cockroach In the room. There was no running water in the room. If I could give this motel less than a star I would. Can’t recommend and will NOT be back "
