"The room was clean and large and the beds were comfortable. The staff was sooooo friendly and engaging. We have stayed at many “nice” hotels and my daughter described it as “luxury”"

"Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on. Avoid at all costs!!! They wouldn't provide a refund after check in, and wouldn't switch rooms. We left."
