「Stayed here for an event at NEC and while the staff must routinely experience so many travellers and events, they made me feel a truly welcomed guest. Thank you everyone particularly Andrea in housekeeping who was a star. Loved the vibe, the clean and comfortable room and the modern powerful shower. Will now be my go-to hotel for NEC events.」

「Super hotel. Amazing value for money, great team.」

「Parking hourly rate should be paid during the day time. 50 GBP was paid for three hours after checked in although 50% discount was given for the overnight parking. The guest should be informed the parking fee in advance when room booking was made. The parking fee is too high indeed. Loading and unloading luggage is also very inconvenience.」

「For the money it was nice Unfortunately the shower didn’t work but they did try to rectify this as fast as possible Would stay again for the money was good」

「Centrally located with wonderful and helpful staff. Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that.」
