“The whole place was gorgeous. Had a very relaxing stay with my friend as that's what we both needed. Very peaceful. We took photos and put them on Facebook and people have already asked me where the places. Will definitely be coming back”

“place was clean and tidy and direct access to the beach was a definite plus and short walk to the shops and pub. Beach was lovely and so much sand. It was a shame that the weather was not on our side and that Mondays are a day that a lot of places are closed but the Ship provided an excellent take away service as my husband put his back out on day two ”

“The host was welcoming and very responsive. I had an issue with wifi password (completely my own fault) and they were very quick to help. I am marking as OK as there was a broken window handle in the main bedroom, this meant we were cold with the blind moving in the wind overnight. This sort of thing should have been noticed and fixed before we arrived, especially as this was an upgrade as the property we had booked was "unexpectedly unavailable". I can see this being a lovely place in Summer.”

“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”

“The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. ”

“Inadequate instructions for cooker and microwave oven. Very poor quality on downstairs tv , Remote control batteries dead. Bathroom WC cistern would not fill instantly on many occasions. Bed uncomfortable , no hand towels. Otherwise very good.”

“Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect……
