"I felt uncomfortable at this hotel - I can't describe it, but the vibe felt 'off'. There was a party in the parking lot (unsure if it was fellow guests or locals) - there was yelling and screeching tires until 5 am. Used the pool and, during the day, the windows create a greenhouse effect and the air was easily 100 degrees. Breakfast was a highlight, but they had trouble keeping it stocked. Floor in the room felt oily and, while I didn't see bugs (except a dead spider), I found a few suspicious black flecks on the comforter and in the sheets. Will avoid this place in the future."

"I liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to (if you can follow your GPS). The property was larger that it looks from the outside. There was a pool, exercise room, space for a meeting and ready to cook breakfast and/or a buffet (an additional fee). We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in our room. When we got to our room and attempted to turn on the TV, there was a message about the "contract" is still being negotiated. Eventually, we moved the channel button and was able to watch various shows. The phone in our room did not work at all. The coffeemaker didn't work. My husband had to go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee."

"Our recent stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained throughout, which is always a top priority for me. The staff truly made the difference, though. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A special mention to Hayleigh—she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for our family. If you interact with her, you'll understand why she stood out so much. An unexpected bonus was the hotel's shuttle service. Having staff drive us to nearby places saved us time and hassle, especially with a large family in tow. It was a thoughtful perk that we didn't anticipate but definitely appreciated. We'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and convenient transportation."

"rugs in the room was dirty and torn, door to deck couldn't be opened, rug in atrium dirty and torn in multiple spots. Multiple front desk people exhibited an attitude. We 100% left prescription glasses in the room. I called and was told "well I don't know how we'd ge them to you". Then the curt attitude continued and I was told we just don't have them. I know for certain that they were left. That attitude was consistent with the overall attitude and vibe I felt. I will definitely never stay at this property again and may look for alternatives to Embassy Suites and Hilton in the future. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had."
