「Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta 」

「Do not rent this property! It’s very dirty and not well maintained. Half our group wanted to leave and not stay our 2nd night.- No check-in email. I had to contact to ask for code- Pictures show the front room (white couches). You will never go in that room. The coffee table no longer has legs. The top is literally laying on the ground- Laminate flooring had liquid stains in multiple spots. Not permanent spots, just floor had never seen a mop- The walls & baseboards super dirty- Hair on one...
