“The Rose Evan Real Estate group was communicative, prompt and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. The cottage is furnished nicely, comfortable and light and airy. Attractive, heavyish curtains are drawn at night for privacy. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The AC was simple and worked wonderfully. The place is cozy (code for small) as stated but had so much. The small kitchen was outfitted with basics. The washer and dryer set was convenient and worked really……

“The home is nestle on a very cute street in a quiet neighborhood. It's adorably decorated and has plenty of space to spread out. The property is pet friendly and while the backyard is "fenced" if your dog is clever it's really not hard to get out. As a side note, many people in the neighborhood walk their dogs off leash, so we had an unexpected front door guest a time or two throughout our stay. Not a problem, but surprising. The bathroom is petite, not a lot of counter space and there were some……
