Direct Lakefront home on Goodyear Lake with private dock and kayaks. Best part of the lake is in this cove with this amazing view. Bring your boat! Pontoon boat rental contact is also available upon request. Two trex decks for relaxing, grilling, and entertaining. Two stone patio areas to relax around a fire down by the lake. This home has a cozy cabin feel but is spacious enough for the entire family. High end furniture. Conveniently between Oneonta's Allstar Village and Cooperstown's Dreams Park for baseballers. Great swimming and fishing off the dock

This is a direct lakefront single family home. Pontoon boat rental contact available upon request. This is lake life at it's finest! As you enter the house you'll immediately notice the wide plank flooring, the open floor plan, and the high end furniture. As soon as you open the door you'll see two large windows overlooking the lake. The view is incredible. On this main floor you'll have the kitchen, open floor plan living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 if needed on the main floor and a full bathroom. NEW Mini Split Ductless AC/Heat units in the 2 main floor bedrooms (not photographed yet), main living room, kitchen. Downstairs you'll have a kayak storage room, and another bedroom that will sleep 3 if needed. This bedroom naturally stays cool in the summer. Upstairs you can walk out to one of the 2 trex decks where you can sit and an enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. On the lower deck you'll find an outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. You have a very private yard which is great for well trained dogs and then a staircase down to the lake where you can enjoy your own private dock. Great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. All around great area to come enjoy the lake, baseball, Village of Cooperstown, foliage, fishing, vineyards, breweries, hiking, golf, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and more!

Excellent weekend getaway.

Two friends and I stayed here for a weekend in April. Stay was great. The house was exactly as described in the listing, the place was clean, check-in/check-out was super easy, and Brendon was responsive both before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed swimming/kayaking in the lake and we were very close to All Star Village for our son’s baseball tournament. Highly recommend!

Great view

We really enjoyed spending a week in this beautiful setting. We had a busy week while staying there, so it was really nice to come back to the peace and quiet it provided. The kids loved swimming there too.

Great Spring Vacation

Great stay ! We enjoyed the house and outdoors! My son caught 2 small mouth bass and my dog loved swimming in the lake! We made lots of memories. Beds are super comfortable and we all had great night sleep.

Great baseball getaway

My son and I stayed at the house while my other son attended the Cooperstown All Star Tournament. Excellent location. Just far enough away to relax and escape the excitement of the tournament yet close enough to get to everything with ease. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful; wish we had more time!

The lake view and home are beautiful and very clean. We had games in Cooperstown all week so sadly we didn't have much time to enjoy. We would like to come back and spend more time on the water.

What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!

If you like a peaceful, lakefront setting for fishing and other water friendly activities, this is the spot for you. This property worked out great for me as I was back and forth to Cooperstown Dream Parks, I worked remotely from the house and I fished a lot. The property was spotless. I would come back. Only points I made as a suggestion to the home owner was the lack of space in the bathroom for toiletries and there was a gorgeous (and massive) window facing the lake that could use a power-wash on the outside. Everything else was awesome!

Wonderful Getaway Spot!

This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Brendon was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing lake house

My family and I visited the lake house, and my son played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We had a fantastic time, the house was clean and as advertised. The pictures can’t capture the beauty of the location. My family and I really enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake. Coffee looking through the picture windows is an amazing way to start the day. Also, enjoy the many great local places to eat and drink. Our favorites were Ommegang brewery and Coopers barn. Amazing lake house!

Reconnecting with friends

The house was perfect. Myself and 4 other girlfriends got together to hang out and catch up. The beautiful scenery made it easy to relax. The windows out to the lake were beautiful and we even got the bonus of some fall foliage. Overall a great place and just what we needed. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the kayaks due to the rain. The kitchen and living were perfect for us all to hang out comfortably. We would certainly stay here again.

Rustic cabin

Overall our experience was good. The cabin was a little rustic for me but our daughter and her family loved it. The view of the lake was beautiful and our daughter, SIL and granddaughter had fun kayaking and swimming in the lake. It was a good location for our back and forth trips to All Star Village to watch our grandson compete. We had difficulty getting in to the cabin on arrival but that was my fault. A call to the owner and our problem was quickly fixed.

A relaxing and colorful fall vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. This place is perfect for anyone who has a passion for fishing and baseball. Just 20 minutes from Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame museum. There is a beautiful walking trail on the lake but beware of ticks if you're walking your dogs. The drive is on a slope and a little tight for large vehicles, if you have more than 2 cars there is extra parking just a short drive down to the boat ramp ( 2 min walk to the house). Just be mindful it is completely dark if you park there at night, so bring a flash light. 🙂 Brendon,the host was very responsive and answered all our questions within a few minutes. I would definitely come back and recommend this property.
