「The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire.」

「First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately...
