"My friend and I wanted to spend a week exploring the city rather than spending all of our time at a resort, and this place was definitely a great choice.The property is managed by a nice couple who lives on the bottom level of the property. Above them, there are two rooms which they have for guests. I stayed in the Gecko Suite, which I thought was a nice amount of space for two people.If you want to pay for some breakfast in the morning, they do offer to make you some pancakes, waffles, etc. as...

"10/10….the breakfast alone is worth the nightly rate! I was worried going that the rooms may feel too close to each other, but I didn’t feel that way at all. Cleaner than many 5 star $600+ a night hotels. Rooftop pool was a delight too. "

"This recently updated family-owned property is a retreat from the hustle of busy streets, beaches and mega-resorts. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean.Having the hosts downstairs is an added bonus--good conversation, tips for getting around, breakfast (small extra ) if desired. Their big ole dog has quite the personality. He quickly warms up to guests after a day or two. He does not go upstairs; he keeps to himself in a corner or inside the house.
