While we truly appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff, we were unfortunately disappointed with several aspects of the hotel’s maintenance and basic services, especially considering its 4-star rating.
First, the bathroom was located right next to the bed, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor, possibly from a plumbing or water backflow issue. The smell was strong enough to disturb our sleep throughout our stay. This is not something we expected from a hotel of this category.

Unfortunately, the kettle did not appear to be cleaned regularly, and there was leftover water inside. No coffee or tea bags were provided either. These are small but important amenities that many guests expect at a 4-star hotel.
