The space
DESCRIPTIONS:
On the first level is the Primary Master with a Queen bed and a full bath, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a family room facing out to the pool, all with an open concept. There is another full bathroom in the pool room and a half bath in the common area. Walk out to the deck with seatings, gas grill, gas fire pit as well as an outdoor shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bath. Finished lower level with a separate game room with a pull out sofa, additional 4 floor mattresses, a half bath, bar, arcades, games and much more.

The pool temperature: 81-82 degree.
The spa temperature: is set up to 100 degree from 9AM to 10PM.

Notes: linens provided for the 3 bedrooms only. Please feel free to bring extra if needed.
Guest access the entire house except for locked closets.

Our summer rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY only unless specifically arranged with host in advance.
This is a pet free, non-smoking and substance-free home. No party or event is allowed. Maximum cars allowed is 5. Absolutely no parking on the street.
