"Excellent staff. Clean and professional hotel. Perfect location for the Gleneagles hospital. The hotel offers a van service to the hospital although it is walkable distance. "

"Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. "
