“The property was beautiful! The room was really nice! The customer service and all employees were kind and extremely helpful! I was unaware it was so secluded! Required a boat ride to and from the main Caye Caulker area, that was exhausting and limiting on timing. Although they provided transportation back and forth, it would have been better to know ahead of time you are on your own private island area. I also was charged for pillow cases and towels that were dirty. I have red hair(dyed) in……

“We had originally booked a 3-night stay and needed to change our dates. We arranged the change by email with the hotel manager, who confirmed in writing that everything was updated. However, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had never been changed and that there was no availability for our third night. We showed the written confirmation to the manager on site, but he explained that the employee who had confirmed the change was no longer working there and that the hotel would not……

“This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again.……

“Great location! Easy to walk most of the island. Used the provided bikes one day and was able to explore farther parts of the island. We upgraded to an ocean front room , which had a decent view of the ocean over the building in front. Balcony chairs only had one cushion for 2 chairs. Glass gets super dirty with bird droppings and never cleaned during our stay. No onsite bar as we thought, but there is a convenience store next door and a restaurant across the street, so we just brought……

“We had a wonderful stay here and they have one of the most incredible views from the balcony. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, and the accommodations were modern and beautiful. A special high five goes out to Moses! He was always around and there to help, he carried our bags to our room, he brought us more water when we needed it. “Sky Inn was a great place to stay. It was easy to walk to the split. It was in a well-lit area and pretty centrally located, only a 3-minute walk from the ferry, and it was perfect. 10/10 would stay again.”
