“This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. ”

“Erin was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was cute, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super convenient, and having free washer/dryer access in the complex was a huge bonus.”

“window air conditioner roaring Noise extreme. one in hall and only one in bedroom, other bedroom no air conditioner broken window in back bedroom bathroom door squeaks people standing at front door can see inside as you come out bathroom !!!!! cracks in walls and paint peeling soiled living room couch in kitchen only had 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 3 forks, 3 knives, couldn't have anyone over. couldn't get the washer to work, after contact with the owner, they were going to send repairman,……

“We chose this place for its convenient location to Spoon RIver Festival towns. It worked out perfectly for us. The place is just right for 2 people!”

“Fantastic stay here in Bartonville. They thought of everything, and it was so incredibly welcoming. The ONLY caution is that I'm not sure the couch would really be considered a "pullout," since it really just folds flat like a futon, so I may not be able to bring my teens with me to comfortably sleep here next time. But there's so much room and the kitchen is fully equipped for making meals – it might just be a matter of requesting the air mattress for the extra sleeping space. 😊”
