"We were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel during our stay. The entrance we were told to go through I believe at mahalo the keys didn’t work and the door did not work, it appears broken. We weren’t able to get in and we have a little baby. So it’s very stressful trying to get into your side of the hotel carrying bags and a baby and the door doesn’t work. We had to haul everything to a different entrance to come and find we could only get the key card to work on our room door after what most have been a hundred tries. It was very frustrating and really turned us off from ever staying here again. I hope there is something that can be done to make up for the inconvenience. "

" Breakfast was nice. General Mgr. was very accommodating, as we arrived well before check in time and she worked on getting a room ready for us. Convenient location."

"Unfortunately, my room was infested by roaches. I had to check out earlier than planned. When reported staff did tried to accommodate me but the experience was not up to standard Hospitality. "

"The parking is a third party, however there is street parking available. The breakfast was above average and the pool was heated."

"My stay here was amazing the staff was nice and attentive, room was clean with an amazing view. Next time we will stay on the marina side although the bay view was peaceful and beautiful I believe it’s more restaurants to choose from. I definitely plan to stay here again!"
