「The property was maintained very well, coffee counter was always filled with coffee counters free of debris. Rooms were clean, the inconvenience we experienced was the system was down and we couldn’t check in for hours. The desk clerks were apologetic and worked diligently to manually check the client in.」

「The hotel overall was ok. We found a number of stray hairs in our room, on bedsheets and floors. Not as clean as expected. Rooms had an odor, and the air conditioners are the old noisy through the wall style. Hallways and elevator are a bit dingy. The overall experience was not as clean and fresh as I was anticipating.」

From the woman who checked us in initially to the day staff desk lady to the evening stay gentlemen, all three were helpful, went beyond what was asked.
