“The house was perfect! We loved it and super close to the beach!”

“The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The fishing deck with lights and a cleaning station were perfect. We will be back again soon.”

“Property was wonderful. Would rent again. My only complaint is the AC was set to 78 for arrival. We’re on the Texas Coast- so that took 10 hours to actual cool the house down to a comfortable temp. By the next morning the A/C was fine, but for the first night it was hot. Next time I will ask the host in advance to turn the AC down to at least 72-74 for arrival!”

“Couch was different (smaller) than the photos and my friend had to sleep on the ground.Keypad was already aligned with the code so anyone could have opened it and got the key. ”

“Cute, small, clean cottage for a family of 5. Close driving distance to the jetty and Surfside beach. Could use an update for the windows (not completely sealed with a few ripped screens). Could be why we saw red ants in the house. However, we had everything we needed for 2 nights.”

“Nothing is as advertised. The pictures are probably a decade old and definitely filtered. It was filthy and a waste of money.”

“It was a few things that were broken chairs umbrella the place was peaceful. The Deck had a few nails sticking out that my husband cut his foot on.Our stay was convenient. The road has a bit of a drop off when trying to park, may need more gravel in Driveway. The Grills need replacement for sure. The water had a funky smell not sure if the water heater element needs to be replaced but water was hot. Had a rusty like smell. The Stove and oven were great The kitchen was adequate, may need more……

“The property was beautiful and well maintained very clean and comfortable the view of the bay was amazing sunrise was the best very relaxing stay the host was very nice and friendly and stayed in touch made sure we had everything we needed overall I give it 5 star for sure highly recommend it.”

“NO central air conditioning at all!!!!! There were 3 window units a fan and a unit in bedroom. Bedrooms were the ONLY cool areas. We cooked one evening and bc it was extremely hot in the living area/kitchen. We had to eat out. Couldn’t enjoy the much needed family time in evening bc we wee miserable. The units got checked and filters were dirty and fan was going to get dropped off but nothing. The owner of this place is making money and NOT making necessary upgrades to this nice house and……
