“The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. “So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! As no pictures were on the listing for a 3 bedroom condo, we were delightfully surprised when we arrived at the property. The resort is similar to a campground setting with all homes instead. Our apartment villa as it is called was a 2 unit complex, 3 bedroom with an adjoining door to open the units into one. 2 king bedroom suites, with one room having twin beds. The home came with 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, walk in closets. A gated community, with a nice……
