「An excellent waterfront house in owls head.The property was just as described in the listing and accompanying photos, which is not always the case in our experience. The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus.」

「Amazing! Every detail of the post office was so well thought out! It felt like staying in a cozy house museum. We couldn’t believe the garden area either. My kids never wanted to leave- and are still asking when we can go back. (Just a note- my 3 year old did need to be carried on the stairs due to their ladder-like structure). The kayak access to local islands was also super cool- a very special experience. 」

「This was my 3rd or 4th stay here, and my favorite spot in all of Maine. Even on a rainy or snowy day, it’s gorgeous. This is an older home with lots of charm, the most breathtaking views of the harbor, and everything you could need to enjoy time here indoors or out. I almost hate to add photos, as it will drive demand for this spot even higher. It’s just a stunningly beautiful space and it’s very hard to leave!」
