“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. “We will def come back to this hotel. We had such a good and relaxing time. All the beaches in Aruba are public which means the locals could come to the beach at this hotel as well. Not the best beach on the island by any means but still, very beautiful and quiet. The hotel is prob 5-10 minutes from downtown area with multiple places to shot and eat. ”

“The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable with a view of the ocean. Although it is not on the beach, they have a cart that takes you to their private beach (not exactly private) and picks you up. The location was perfect, a step away from the shopping mall, bars and restaurants. The pools were nice, never overcrowded. Coffee shop on site. The staff, always happy and friendly. We plan on returning to this hotel. ”

“Most comfortable bed/pillows ever! Rooms were immaculately clean and smelled wonderful! Resort staff was very accommodating and food options both at the resort itself and in the surrounding area were varied and good. Just one negative, if you are not a night owl, ask for a room far away from the bar near the lobby. The music and crowd were rowdy late into every night!”

“Beautiful property only issue is they need an elevator as I had to ask the staff to carry my bags up and down the stairs. But it’s right in front of Eagle Beach, I had breakfast included which was nice and they made me some beautiful birthday balloons and decorated it on my bed which was so sweet! I loved my time there and highly recommend”
