"Our squirrel room was amazing and the Gulliver theme park on your doorstep was great. It is like living inside a book story, my son so much loved his bunk bed he didn’t want to go home. We had a lovely time full of adventures."

"Fantastic weekend and the property in Friar Gate is ideal. 10 minute walk to Derby city centre. Shops and pubs even closer for essentials. Staff on site to help and responded immediately to all requests. Highly recommend if visiting the city."
