“Easy place to stay.”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“Cozy and peaceful place to stay for my sister and me. Had everything we needed. Close to bus routes. Would definitely go back!”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.”

“Kathie is an amazing host. They’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The space was perfect for a mother daughter vacation with room for hosting. The outdoor spaces on their property are a really nice bonus. Plus we loved being mid island to reach up island and downtown VH and OB.”

“The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied.”

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“When you pull in the driveway off of the busy road, you immediately feel at peace with the surroundings. There is ample parking and a yard that reflects great care and the natural beauty of the Cape. The room was so clean and comfortable. I love soft sheets and they were luxurious. Liza, the owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The place was also affordable and about a 7 minute ride to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. We stayed for 2 nights and I would certainly stay there……

“Stayed for only one night and wished it was longer. The condo was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Because we are early in June, we went off property to enjoy dinner at the Flying Bridge. The beach was wonderful, comfy chairs, soft sand. I can say you will not regret staying here. We will be back@”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,……
