The bathroom was not the cleanest there was a towel in the bathroom floor behind the door, seems like it was there for a while. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Not many options for breakfasts. The toaster was not working .

The rooms were nice. But very disappointed with the breakfast. 7 am no coffee. Breakfast was cereal but no milk. Bagels and toast with very little butter no cream cheese or jelly. And the juices were all warm. That was the whole breakfast. For what you pay for a room breakfast should have been better.

Staff was friendly and seemed to care about our stay. They gave us another room because our room wasn’t clean when we got there. Cleaning staff didn’t clean either of our rooms even though we asked. We were there a week and had to go look for clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was skimpy but okay. There was plenty of hot water to shower.

No issues with not checking in til 9pm. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t get very cool so it was a warm sleep and no OJ at 730am. The girl at check in was extremely friendly and helped us find a close place for dinner and drinks. Applebees is literally right there.

Kimberly and Chashona were so nice, friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel room was nice except for the pillows which had no support at all and needed to be upgraded. The staff were able to get my room ready earlier than 3pm as I had an engagement scheduled downtown @ 4pm. I was able to check in early and get to my appointment on time. My only issue was that after check in my room was never cleaned by housekeeping..I had to seek them out for clean towels. My bed never got made nor my trash emptied.I will note that I was glad that a hair dryer , iron and ironing board were provided as I forgot mine and had to iron all my clothes from being wrinkled in my suitcase!!!

The room was clean and very spacious. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful with shopping and restaurant suggestions. Only ding - free continental breakfast was very minimal: no hot foods; did offer hard boiled eggs, bagels and toast with spreads, juice, fruit, cereal and milk.

We got there and the staff was very nice and friendly , we checked in , went to our room , the room was clean, bed was comfy, room was spacious it was nice, but it was a sauna in there, we were there about an hour and half before we had to leave for a concert, in that hour and half a maintenance crew came in and exchanged the air conditioner, it wasn't working , we should expect a cold room and air conditioner working properly by the take we return ..we got back around 11pm and the air conditioner they put in stopped working also, I call the staff and they said they couldn’t do anything because the maintenance team were gone already for the day and they couldn’t do much..so I had to sleep in that room with the air conditioner down and felt like a sauna , I got very little sleep and woke up early to leave..after sitting outside and at a concert that was also outside in about 100 degrees temp. We thought we’d come back to a cold room , nope! The hotel couldn’t offer any help or vouchers because I had booked through Expedia as well👎 that was the big downfall or only thing wrong with my stay and it was terrible that it was that cus I would have enjoyed it that problem was fixed and handled better ..

Unfortunately, a crew of younger guest checked in and made the stay very uncomfortable! They were up all night being noisy and even created some damage to the property. The relaxing oasis

The front desk worker who checked me in was amazing and had a great personality. The room was very clean and relaxing. I just really enjoyed the comfort and I will definitely be back.
