“Limited breakfast, no cleaning was done, no proper towel change, everything was provided for only one person and there was two of us, had to pay for extra water which was disappointing.”

Comprendo se fosse stata all'aperto sotto il sole, ma al chiuso l'acqua fredda non l'ho trovata una buona scelta”

“Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. ”

“Stayed for a weeks skiing - ideal location, although the ride up to the slopes will be vastly improved when the new cable car opens at the end 2020. Quiet location, basic accommodation and facilities. Only one shop - bread needs to be pre-ordered the day before!”

“The house was just 2 min drive from the Express lift to Val Thorones, however we were very surprised by not having towels at the property, neither soaps. The steps leading to the property were very steep and dangerous and the railings for the steps on the first and second floor were unsteady. Our feet walking on the floor were black and, in general, the house was not well cleaned. ”

“Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered.”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A quelques minutes en voiture des télécabines pour le domaine skiable des 3 vallées, mais dans un vrai village de montagne. La maisonnette est meublée avec goût et bien équipée.Il faut juste penser à réserver son pain la veille! ”
