「the overall stay was decent but we ended up paying much more than originally indicated by the staff for charging our e-vehicle. The pricing given to us were wrong and when we complained about it they offered no reimbursement or gesture. 」

「Hôtel très bien situé avec accueil très pro et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie de bonne qualité. Nous avions une chambre double parfait avec des enfants ou autre couple. Restaurant rien à redire ainsi que les petits déjeuners très copieux. Service très agréable professionnel. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.avec plaisir. 」

「Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered.」

「Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. 」

「Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Details renoviert. Die Anbindung an das Skigebiet Orelle und Val Thorens ist sehr gut. Die Beschreibung ist korrekt und der Kontakt inkl. Check-In / Check-Out war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in Frankreich genießen können.」
