“Difficulty getting into house at night upon check in. House was cold on check in. Discovered lack of bath towels; unable to use washer/dryer; kitchen very poorly stocked. Ants in kitchen and a couple in the bedrooms; bed linens smelled of body odor and or must. ; walls in bedrooms filfthy. Sticky substance on kitchen counter. Cheap contact paper noted on counters. Dining room chairs dirty with one broken. Front door broken. AC unit in bedroom not working properly and AC unit in dining room had……

“This house was perfect for the needs of a three generation family that came to Boston to visit family. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful and safe. The kitchen had the basic amenities necessary for morning coffee, and meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and check in on our stay. This house worked well for our family!”

She was very quick in her response for anything we needed during the stay. The location is a short drive from Cambridge area but the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. “This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T. ”

“We stayed durinig Marathon weekend to run the marathon on Monday. The unit was perfect for our size and very comfortable. The living spaces were surprisingly larger than expected, very comfortable with lots of space to spread out and relax. The place was freshly updated and very well done. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and we were able experience Boston living. We would definitely look to stay again if find ourselves back in Boston. ”

“We had a family group for a college graduation. We needed plenty of rooms, kitchen, and good location. This property had it all and was great! We could easily walk or drive to Harvard Square. Entrance is in the back and has 6-8 stairs up to a deck and back door. On the first floor are a large bedroom and full bath, good for anyone with mobility issues. The second floor has a full bath and third floor has a half bath. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. All went well……

“My reservation was cancelled hours before we were scheduled to check in. The reason was "software issues" that led to a double booking. Full refund was provided but this was extremely inconvenient as we had friends staying from out of town and it is expensive to find accommodation last minute. Can't recommend. ”
