The Manor was perfect for our family vacation. It was very well-equipped and had all the comforts of home. The house is charming with thoughtful touches from days gone by, and the view is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Four Day Weekend at the Manor

My family and friends had a fantastic stay at the Manor! The space offers plenty of room, making it perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a huge plus. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Plus, the location is awesome—close to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Short but sweet

This was our 2nd time staying at The Moss Manor and once again our stay was great. When we come back home to Ky if this property is available we will be staying again. Also very nice upgrades done in the house since our last stay.

Love it! Rare and excellent find!

Fantastic place to stay. Our bookclub - 12 ladies enjoyed a relaxing weekend! Three and a half bathrooms easily accommodated us, spacious sleeping arrangements with comfortable beds and an a/c unit that more than adequately cooled the entire upstairs for a good nights rest! The kitchen offered lovely wine glasses, plates, silverware, a blender, Keurig … everything we needed and more! We especially enjoyed the sunroom, it quickly became our game room with enough seating for all of us! The Maysville Manor was an amazing find and we can’t wait to return!!!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. The rooms were spacious and the accommodations were comfortable. The was a huge hornet nest in the tree located by the drive and other bees nests around the doors which caused concern. The front porch overlooking the golf course was great. Loved the rockers!! Overall, it is a great place. We will probably gather there again.

Fabulous House

We stayed at The Manor at Maysville while in town visiting family. The location is great as it’s quietly situated on the golf course and close to town. The house itself is quite large and can accommodate a number of guests comfortably. The beds were also comfortable, which is a huge plus! We will definitely be back next year for our annual family visit!

Great house in a convenient spot

This property is priced very nicely, it felt perfect for its size. The kitchen was good for our needs. We had a good amount of comfortable beds, and the amazing reclining couches were comfortable and great for sleeping also. The downstairs bathroom has a huge shower with many options. The street the house is on is also very pleasant. The location is near various gas stations, restaurants, and stores. And the host was nice in helping us figure out things.

Wonderful Maysville Historic Home

Six of us stayed here for an extended wedding weekend. Beautiful property, comfortable & charming accommodations that allowed for togetherness (and space!) The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook- we a country breakfast one morning (biscuits & gravy from Bob Evans). The porch & rocking chairs were a favorite as we watched the fireflies in the evening. Good communication with owner when needed. Definitely need to watch your step when moving room to room, as some rooms have small steps. Would gladly stay here again when in Maysville.

Peaceful getaway

This property is wonderful. As soon as you pull into the drive way, you have a sense of comfort and being right at home. This home is at a great location, rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we need. Samantha was very quick to respond to a question I had about the property. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Home!

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at Moss Manor. We loved the ambiance of the historic home... it was very inviting. The bedrooms are nicely sized and we enjoyed the rain shower head! The front porch was the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy conversation. The garage was an added bonus--a fun spot to karaoke and dance! It's very spacious--each room has it's own character. The kitchen is full of everything you need. The owner allowed us to check in an hour early--so thoughtful! If you're looking for a great place to stay and visit with a large group, Moss Manor is perfect! It is about 7 minutes away from downtown Maysville and about a half hour to Augusta, KY. Both are charming river towns to visit.

Lovely Home

Beautiful home, plenty of space for our family. The informal living area was so cozy, we spent most of our time there. Everything you would need is provided. Nice porch to sit outside. Close to the highway and things to do, but still felt as if we were away from everyone.

Super time

The property was as described and was large, comfortable and lovely. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to eat, sleep and recreate. The only down side was the plastic covers on some of the beds. It made the sheets slip off and was uncomfortable, but totally understandable from a landlord's perspective. Maybe there is another way to handle having children sleep on the beds? We were very thankful and blessed to have this place.
