My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. “We came to view the eclipse and we did! The house was great with games for all ages available. We brought food and drink due to crowds. We did go view Lake Erie only 25 min away. We overlooked the golf course so we had a great view. Nine of us were able to go and we had plenty of room for all of us. Thanks again!”

“Check in was a breeze. Gary, the owner, was easy to communicate with and so kind. He let us check in early and check out late, although we didn’t end up staying late. The condo was clean. The location was perfect. We’d love to stay here again.”

“We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are……

“The property was extremely nice and well cared for and just as listed. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive. Everyone in our party commented that would be happy to return in the future.”

“Property was good. Pictures a bit misleading as you look like you're staying in a place you can walk out the back door and be on the beach area. Pull out couch in living room was great but no shades on the windows to block light for the person sleeping there. Also didnt know the remotes for the lights and fans in the bedrooms upstairs apparently control each other which took us about 10 mins to figure out with what was going on with our individual lights and fans. Overall good for 2 night stay.”

“Amazing lake condo. Views!views!! Views! This end unit has 2 walls of windows which makes it bright, light and airy. The living room was my favorite with the Large cozy L shaped couch and really nice tv. Really Comfortable beds and bedding!! I can’t say enough. My 2 sisters and I loved our relaxing getaway. . “We’ve been visiting Chautauqua for years and this was by far our best trip yet. The chalet was beautiful and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Communication with the owners was great. We were able to hike and explore the property, play in the snow, enjoy some of the local wineries, then wind down to relax by the cozy fireplace.
