It now offers the convenience of an elevator making access easier to your unit. Intermezzo Restaurant and the St. Elmo Day Spa are also located in the building. This unit has a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Twins), 2 newly renovated full baths, and a full kitchen. Cool off in the central A/C or enjoy the breeze from your private porch facing Ames, or from the balcony facing Wythe. Directly adjacent to Bestor Plaza and just a short walk from the Amphitheater, the Bookstore and many other points of interest, this centrally located condo is a great place for your next Chautauqua Institution rental.
