Front Desk Customer Service Terrible & RACCOONS

The hotel rooms were clean NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. there were RACCOONS at the pool about 10 attacking the food. They could have rabies. We went in at 9pm someone has thrown up on elevator we told front desk several times and she ignored. We put rug outside of elevator. The housekeeping was good and rooms clean. But the customer service front desk and those raccoons at pool were dangerous.

Shower was rusted poor pressure and No HOT WATER . six story hotel with a broken elevator , toilet didn't flush , nothing in room , not even a cup . Paid almost 200 Canadian. Not impressed but the view and location on new years is what I paid for but I will never be back.

Was an old run down building and smelled like a bathroom. There was also a raccoon inside the lobby

I decide to get this place because our flight left at night so it would only be to secure my luggage and wait until time I had to leave but we were not able to check in until after 4 one person was cleaning the whole place very old place expected low but not this low never again
