「Perfect stay especially the food and views」

「Nice location, great, safe property.」

「The lodge sucks, food is not good and bad quality with zero vegetarian options. Rooms are ok probably the only decent thing. Some staff are also friendly. Furniture around lodge needs upgrading. Everything falling apart. Especially around the pool area very dangerous chairs. The front desk isn't knowledgeable about safaris, which is hard to believe since that's all they do... all day every day. They can only offer Echo tours from lobby. But they do a terrible service. 「The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof.」

「Exceptional is an understatement! All around 5 stars in every category! Food, service, amenities, spa, and staff all were TOP NOTCH! Memorable on so many levels!」

「Room was crawling with bugs and had a stench that lasted throughout our entire stay. I do not recommend staying here. They overcharged for every possible service as well.」

「Excellent」

「Friendly staff. Comfortably sized rooms, and they were clean. Beds are terrible, they need to replace the beds. Perfect location, cul de sec property, close to Shopping Centres. 」
