This is a well run hotel with manicured grounds, nicely decorated rooms and facilities, clean pool and beautiful beach. My only complaint is that the rooms have limited windows and are dark - when one stays at a beach resort, one wants to let the sun in and see the beach or the garden area. There should be floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Meaning to wake up with a nice view or not have to go outside into the heat to get a view is what one expects at a beach resort. Also, the food is good but breakfast could benefit from having English items like muffins and cinnamon forsted buns.

Royam was an incredible stay!! The hotel is beautiful with nice, clean rooms and an immaculate property. Breakfast and dinner are included, and the food was great! It was my husband’s birthday and the staff helped me plan a romantic dinner on the beach. It was the highlight of the trip! Highly recommend staying here!!

Very clean room and surroundings. Felt very comfortable. Beautiful beach. Though on windy days there was quite a lot of rubbish in the ocean. Reception staff could do with more training in communication and know how to welcome staff. The best part of my stay was the excellent food. Incredible variety, quality and always fresh. The servers and the chefs deserve a commendation.

Need a quick getaway? This is the place. Small but intimate, quiet and stunningly beautiful. The grounds are emaculate! Staff is very attentive from front desk to room attendants. Food is delicious, beach is super clean. Entertainment is an added touch. My absolute favorite place to stay in Saly. I've stayed at a fewof the high end resorts nearby - was not worth the money. The customer service and welcome you receive is by far the best in Saly! Thank you to the staff for always being welcoming. By the way for those who speak English, my French and Wolof is terrible but many of the staff speak English.
