Nightmare
When we arrived we had some problem to sccess but we got in. The place it look clean but it wasn’t, the master bedroom smell like sweat, there was a towel hanging on the curtain rod, the bathrooms were full of stuff of the people that live there. There was no place to acomódate our things. The refrigerator was full of food and we barely could accommodate some water bottles. There was a bad odor and we discovered that the plants were inundated and smelled so bad. Next day we went to my sister chemo session and when we went back we couldn’t open the lock and access the site. I called the local manager, sent him email and messages and had no response. I messaged Vacasa and they tried to contact the local manager and had no response. Vacasa called me and I stayed an hour and a half on the phone and after more than three hours I was told to look for another place to stay.
