"Staff at check in were very friendly, the room was lovely and comfortable. My only thought is: we were in a handicap room on the lower level, perhaps the handicap room should be on the lobby level in case of emergencies and not being able to use the elevator. The staff at morning check out was also very engaging and friendly. "
