“Stay was excellent and loved the property grounds set up. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground with a very short walking distance from the condo. Beautiful sunrise from master bedroom and loved the covered patio off of one of the docks closest to our room. Host was quick to answer any questions. ”

“The property was absolutely perfect for our family - ranging from 1 year old to 70. We really appreciated all of the baby friendly features! Elevator was awesome as well. Plenty of room for three families to come together in common space but also to be able to have private and separate spaces. SO close to beach! Would 100% recommend!! ”

“With high ceilings, skylights, sliding doors & 4 outside decks, we enjoyed lots of natural light and beautiful foliage views. We also appreciated the good water pressure in the showers, the soft sheets & the tankless water heater. The kitchen was very efficient with window above the sink. Just our kind of place. When a copy of minor issues came up, the owner was very responsive. The traffic was heavy at times along Frederica Road but we learned to predict when it would be and either chose a……
