Pool and hot tub were both empty. The mattresses were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and the pillows were like a brick. When we got there we had a wait a while for someone to come to office because the other staff said she was in the bathroom. Also, no complimentary breakfast. You buy off the menu but they were out of eggs and bacon.
