“The property and cottage were well maintained and overall we enjoyed our stay. The ad stated that there would be an additional charge for pets without a value. Upon reaching out it was not clarified and ended up being $75 per dog on arrival. It would be appreciated if that was communicated prior. Our initial greetings with the host were rushed and there were errors with the wifi connection effecting our payment. The host persisted that I must use another form of payment while standing outside……

It was immaculate when we arrived and we were very pleased with how well stocked everything was. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Beds were comfy, and you couldn’t beat the views from all of the windows. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely return.”

“Place was very clean and fresh linen and towels were provided. The location is very private. Perfect place to spend time with family. I liked how you can hear the water flow when outside on the deck. The covered porch was another area to hang out, and faces the forest. We made good use of the BBQ. And having camp fires in the evening was relaxing. We drove to Arrowhead provincial park for swimming and went kayaking/swimming at Beaver Lake close by. I would highly recommend this place and would……

“The property was secluded and peaceful. We had several deer walk through the yard, and we greatly enjoyed the full kitchen and screened-in porch. The host, George, was responsive and addressed any concerns we had promptly. Overall, it was a great trip. The only drawback is that this house has 3 beds, not 4 as listed. The second bedroom has a queen and a double bed only. Overall, would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a secluded and peaceful retreat. ”
