“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! “The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all.
